My work is rooted in the understanding that every person carries unrealized potential. Much of it remains dormant because of the decisions and behaviors we adopt to gain belonging, stability, or approval. Over time, those adaptations shape a life that works — until it no longer does.
Through my own experience and the experiences of those I work with, I’ve come to see that life creates moments where these dormant potentials are forced to surface. One of the primary ways this happens is through what we call a crisis. When understood developmentally, a crisis is not random or meaningless — it is a turning point where growth is no longer optional.
The difficulty is that this perspective is rarely available at the beginning. Fear of losing a relationship, a role, a belief, or even a sense of self can make the experience feel threatening and disorienting. This is where I come in. I help you identify where you are in the process and clarify the underlying message your crisis is carrying, so it can be met with awareness rather than resistance.
